Bethany + Mark: EngagedI took a break from all the SXSW action to photograph an engagement session with Bethany and Mark. Their wedding is coming up in May and so it was a great opportunity to get to know each other before the big day. We took so many great shots and I have a lot to post, so let’s get started!
There’s always someone goofing around in the background.
After shooting downtown, we headed to an Austin landmark - the San Jose hotel. We found an old pickup and busted out the cowboy hat!
Oh yea. There was a little incident with keys getting locked in the car! Thankfully we were able to get them out in time for Bethany and Mark to head back home!
I had a great time, and am looking forward to their wedding in May!

Great pictures Eric. Where downtown did you shoot? I love the LUCK picture! Great choice of background with the colors they were wearing.
March 11th, 2008 at 1:27 pmWe walked up and down Congress, and then took some side streets. The ‘luck’ is a part of the entry-way carpet at Trulucks. They saw the sign and came up with the idea, and so we blocked off the doorway for a second or two. :)
