Vegas Part Two: Parties

Look out — the parties have started in Vegas!! Tonight was the Digital Wedding Forum party at Bahama Breeze, and I got to meet some cool people and grab some quick shots with a point and shoot. Here’s my friend Charlotte and her husband Mike. I met Charlotte last year at a conference in Austin, and it was good to see her again and find out what she was up to!

After that party, I headed on over to Becker’s 7th annual Vegas party in TheHotel at Mandalay Bay. Here’s Becker:

Charles Samples is another great photographer friend I originally met last November. He’s based in Norman, OK and is a retired cop, so we think he should give a seminar next year on how to get out of a parking ticket:

Jessica Claire started selling her new ShootSacs at the conference, and I ordered one!

I also got the opportunity to meet Scott Shephard. Scott runs several of the most successful Mac podcasts out there. It was great to chat with him, and we talked about getting me on the show at some point to talk photography and music (including my recent launch of www.musicforphotography.com)!
