As part of the $0 Budget Photo Shoot I announced earlier, here’s the first image. It’s a shot of my trainer, Karyna. I’ve contemplated a couple of titles for this, including “Drop and Give Me 20″ and “Shut Up And Do What I Say” among others. Right now my favorite is “You Suck At Fitness”. :)
This was shot with 4 lights – one on either side, one behind her, and one in front (a ringflash).
There are still slots open for the $0 Budget Photo Shoot. You just need some fun, energy, and excitement about doing something different! :)

That’s cool, did you feel motivated after that?
How about coming up and catching both boys moving in different directions at the same time– lots of energy there. I’ll be the one in the middle crying.
I love it! I feel like she is speaking directly to me! However, I am still not motivated! ;-)
