“Oh no,” you think. You’re already getting a ton of email every week, including several related to a lice outbreak at your kid’s school. You don’t need more junk. I get it.

I’m not a big emailer (I’m even less of a phone-caller). So why join the mailing list? Simple – stuff. I’ve got a lot of plans for this year, and I want to connect more with the people that are interested. And apart from us chatting on Facebook or Twitter, I figure that a mailing list might be a better place to do it.

You won’t be receiving weekly emails from me (probably something in the 2-4 week range, if I come across something cool that I think you’d like). And there will be free stuff, starting with your first email. As a thank-you for signing up, I’m sending you the PSD files for my Art Wall project:

If you are a photographer, you’ll also enjoy reading my PDF file “How To Shoot a Cover for a Local Magazine”. I’ve shot about 20 of these in the last several years, and I’ve put everything I know into a PDF for you to download.

And to sweeten the deal even more, I’m including my new PDF “100 Things I’ve Learned About Photography in 10 Years”:

It’s hard to believe that 2015 marks 10 years!
